Numerous scientists work on interdisciplinary topics in a broad field of research and development and develop efficient, market-oriented solutions. In doing so, the faculty cooperates closely with partners from industry and business - both in the regional as well as in the national and international environment. At the same time, this cooperation is the basis for practice-oriented teaching that is geared to the rapidly changing scientific and technical needs of industry and society.
