Working Group 4 offers the ASE community for the topics Education and Competence a focal point for exchange, the development of content and a Big Picture.

Contents of the working group are the new requirements that come with the development of Advanced Systems on the employees and stakeholders. Product development is becoming increasingly complex, interdisciplinary and digital. The focus is on technical, methodological, personal and social competence in Advanced Systems Engineering.

The goal of the working group is to make the requirements for ASE competencies tangible. The results should help to provide orientation for the various users of ASE - from large companies to SMEs or research institutions. They can also contribute to illustrating the importance of ASE for education and training.
